*How to use this book…
Look at the book . What do you see ?
The brown bear is behind the tree.
What is this ? / What animal is behind the tree ?
I’m ( Teacher ) is pulling put the bear slowly .
Teacher pulls the bear out slowly and starts to sing the Brown Bear song
Teacher will open the book and place the brown bear on top in front of the tree
Teacher will remove the red bird and use to make noise while moving it back and forth across the tree
When finished, Teacher will put the bird behind the tree on the right page .
Turn to the next page
Teacher will remove the yellow duck from the grass.
The duck is hiding in the grass.(The duck is hidden in the grass.)
Teacher will use the yellow duck to make a noise by moving it back and forth across the big green hill
The blue horse’s face is hidden in the blue grass.
Teachers will use the horse to make noise the same way as the duck.

Teacher will open and close the book slowly to make the pop-up pictures move
The purple cat is hiding behind the lotus flower on the right page.
Teachers will use the purple cat to make noise on the lily pad and then place it in the lotus flower on the right page.
Teachers will remove the frog from the pop-up lily pad and place on the lotus flower on the bottom left page.
Press down on the frog and release to make him hop.

The white dog and black sheep are hiding upside down in the pop-up fence
Remove the dog and stick it to the book above the fence
Remove the sheep and stick it to the book on the right page above the fence
Remove the fish and insert it’s head into the rainbow umbrella .

Hide teachers and children in the stars so that they can see their backs.
Teacher will open and close the book slowly to make the eye and mouth move.
Place the teacher and children on the star so that they can see their face
Close the book(on the back of the book)
Teacher will remove the brown bear from tree and place bear’s head in the cave.
